Smoking cigarettes is one of the hardest habits to break. There are many reasons why you could be having trouble quitting, and nicotine addiction is not one of them. Hypnosis will find the reasons you think you can't quit... and then eliminate them, setting you free!

I know that quitting the habit of smoking can be one of the hardest things a person can do. I know this because I smoked for over 20 years before I was able to finally quit for good. For years I wanted to quit once and for all, but I only ever managed to quit temporarily before sliding back into the habit. I was fortunate that I eventually quit through sheer will power. I realize that isn't something that everybody can do. The problem is two fold.

First, cigarette smoking becomes an unconscious habit, a smoker just smokes often without even thinking about it. It becomes automatic and part of your life. Many smokers who want to quit just can't even see themselves not smoking because it is such a part of their life. This creates a subconscious belief that you cannot quit. Second, cigarettes are physically addictive, but they're not as addictive as you've been led to believe.. Most people are told it is the nicotene in cigarettes that is so addictive, that nicotene is just as addictive as heroin... and thats a lie. Nicotene is addictive, but when you stop smoking, nicotene is completely out of your system in just 1 to 3 days. So if its out of your system that quickly, you should be able to quit smoking easily after just 3 days without a cigarette. right? So there must be something else going on there.

The fact is, virtually all of the reasons for smoking and not being able to quit are in your subconscious mind. Because of this fact, its my opinion that hypnosis is the most effective, reliable and easiest way to quit smoking for good. The most effective and easiest way for you to become a non-smoker.

I wish now that I had access back in my past to a hypnosis program that could have helped me to easily break the habit of smoking. But it does exist for you here and now.
